Hi Warriors Families!

We are officially wrapping up our fall season with the Fall Championship Meet next Saturday, September 12, at Marist! We are so excited to finish the season strong and celebrate all of the hard work our swimmers have put in this season. Also it is important to note that we will not have practice on Monday, September 7th, due to Labor Day!

Meet Details

Meet Date: Saturday, September 12
Warm-Ups: 8:30–8:50 AM
Meet Start: 9:00 AM
Estimated Meet Duration: 2–3 hours

Meet Location: 3790 Ashford Dunwoody Rd., Atlanta, GA

Entry Fee & Important Deadlines

The entry fee for the championship meet is $30 per swimmer. If you declare your swimmer as attending the meet in SwimTopia, we will assume they are committed to participating and will invoice you for the $30 entry fee.

Please make note of the following deadlines:

• Declare your swimmer in SwimTopia: Monday, September 7th by 5:00 PM
• Invoice sent: No later than Tuesday morning, September 8th
• Payment due: Wednesday, September 9th by 12:00 PM

Your swimmer must be declared by the Monday deadline in order to be eligible to compete.

Once your swimmer is declared, payment must be received by the Wednesday deadline. If the invoice is not paid by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 9th, your swimmer will be removed from the meet and will no longer have the opportunity to compete.

Please make sure to complete both the SwimTopia declaration and payment by the deadlines above so your swimmer can participate in the championship meet!

Medals

All swimmers participating in the championship meet will receive a medal from ASA!

Team & Spectator Seating

Teams are welcome to sit either on the pool deck or upstairs, and there should be plenty of room for everyone.

We ask that parents and spectators sit in the upstairs spectator gallery so that the pool deck can remain clear for swimmers and meet operations.

Food & Concessions

Due to the short duration of the meet, concessions will not be available. Families are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Please do not bring any glass containers.

Volunteers Needed

We need 2 parent volunteers to serve as timers and 1 parent volunteer to help label ribbons during the meet. Please reply to this email and/or text us if you are interested in helping!
