Volunteers

Volunteers are essential to the success of every swim meet. It takes approximately 100 volunteers to safely and efficiently run each home meet, and we are grateful for every family who contributes their time throughout the season.

Volunteer opportunities will be published prior to each meet through SwimTopia once the season schedule has been finalized.

Please note that home and away meets have different volunteer needs. Volunteer assignments, swimmer declarations, and registration deadlines will be posted each week leading up to the meet.

Each family is required to complete the volunteer point requirement outlined in the Parent Handbook.

How to Sign Up for Volunteer Jobs

1. Log in to your SwimTopia account.
2. Select Meets & Events.
3. Choose the meet you would like to volunteer for.
4. Click Job Sign-Up.
5. Select your preferred volunteer position(s).
6. Click Save Assignments.

If you are unable to remember your password, select "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.

How to Declare Your Swimmer

Every swimmer must be declared for each meet, whether they are attending or not.

1. Log in to your SwimTopia account.
2. Select Meets & Events.
3. Choose the appropriate meet.
4. Click Meet Entry.
5. Select Edit under your swimmer's name.
6. Choose one of the following:
   • Attending
   • Not Attending

If you are unsure whether your swimmer can attend, please select Attending. This allows coaches the greatest flexibility when creating lineups. You may also leave a note for the coaching staff if needed.

Meet entries close at 11:59 PM on the Sunday prior to each meet unless otherwise communicated.

• Parking Team (Home Meets Only)
• Place Judge
• Ribbon Writer
• Runner (Home Meets Only)
• Tent Crew
• Timer
